Client left comfort of employment to set up own event management business. We advised through initial stages of deciding on self employment or company and explained the pros and cons of each. A company made more sense and client felt comfortable to look after own VAT and PAYE with some guidance. He opted for our simple annual compliance accountancy service covering annual accounts, CRO returns and tax returns for the company and himself.
IT trainer seeks better communication from accountant
Client had already set up a company but was not happy with a fee received unexpectedly from his accountant. We explained our fee struture and way of working. Client felt more in control and agreed to transfer over his accountancy services to Bradan. Client still records own sales and purchases but we look after his VAT and PAYE returns as well as his annual compliance work.

Another client referred our work to this PSP company who later became a client. They needed financial projections to model how an expansion into 8 European countries would impact financially. This ultimately fed into their business plan and documentation to woo investors. The client also outsourced all its bookkeeping and accounts work to us. This client is now on the verge of completing second round funding.

Started working with this client 4 years ago providing regular company accounts and tax return and directors tax returns. Worked on two additional projects, firstly an insurance claim and secondly a 4 year company wide tax refund scheme. Both projects worked very well for the client with monies received exceeding expectations. Now working with client to set up an online accounting solution.
UK based company with head office in Bahamas seeks to install good financial controls and replace existing accountant
This UK based company selling medical products was referred to us from a mutual contact. Worked with them to set up budgets for all European operations which were run out of UK. This required a thorough understanding of VAT and customs duties in Europe and through their factories in China. This ongoing job involves liaising with Directors and managers based remotely in USA and the Bahamas.
