UK B2C business has difficulty serving EU customers after Brexit

Problem Discussion

This UK company was having difficulty serving EU customers from UK since Brexit. The company was also looking to source other contract manufacturing options and customer service staff.

Solution Discussion

Set up an Irish subsidiary to serve Irish and EU sales.

We discussed some options and decided that an Irish subsidiary was required for this company to house growing sales to Ireland and EU. We also provided the EEA director, set up the xero system and local bank accounts. We assisted the company in sourcing a logistics provider and also in recruiting customer service personnel. The company has now started trading successfully in Ireland.
