The business was part of a global franchise and needed to file monthly financial and operational KPIs to US Franchise owner. The business owner had very little time to devote to accounting as he was delivering on client assignments and trying to manage growth. The business was using harvest to good effect to manage time and billing. Besides that they had very manual processes besides and couldn’t report.
Set up of xero and harvest integration with built-in monthly reporting
We set up xero accounting and integrated the harvest system, which was working very well together. We set up a hubdoc paperless bookkeeping solution and designed the bookkeeping, payroll and bank reconciliation process to suit the busy business owner.
We worked with the 3 partners to develop a budgeting and sales forecasting process. We now run all the bookkeeping, accounting and report on time every month.
