Because this service is being offered free of charge there are some conditions (listed below) that may not suit every business.

FREE Bookkeeping Service – Keeping it simple – Points to note
- All transactions through one bank account (20 transactions or less per month)
- Online banking available (or at least excel file available from your bank)
- Payroll processing for one employee on salary
- PAYE / PRSI returns can be completed by you or we can act as your agent from €10 per month (excl VAT)
- Maximum of one VAT rate on sales
- VAT returns can be completed by you or we can act as your agent from €10 per month (excl VAT)
- For additional bank accounts, bank transactions, employees, VAT rates, cash processing or other requirements we will agree a simple low cost monthly fee
- Income / Corporation Tax returns can be completed by you or we can act as your agent from €25 per month (excl VAT)
- You must respond to reasonable information requests either by email or telephone
