Project involved looking at two potential acquisitions for a Connemara based tourism business. Involved assessing the trading and financial information available, looking at funding options and explaining everything to non-financial people. Now a very successful luxury hotel and spa in west of Ireland

 

5 year financial and funding plan for organic cheese guesthouse and factory in Leitrim

Worked with other consultants on the feasibility of this project including funding options. Involved preparing a flexible financial plan which allowed client to test various scenarios. Project is now at assessment stage with funding bodies.
